- responding to your inquiry: product advice, help with choosing and ordering;
- improving the Site and analysing anonymised traffic statistics.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of your consent: the checkbox you tick before submitting the form, and the cookie banner choice for analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Cookies and analytics
Analytics cookies (Yandex Metrica, operated by YANDEX LLC) are set only after you click «Accept» in the cookie banner. If you click «Decline», no analytics cookies are set. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and we do not publish it. We pass it on only to the companies that make an order and this site work:
- Stripe, Inc. (USA) — card payments. Stripe receives your name, e-mail, delivery address and payment data and acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number.
- Resend (USA) — sending order confirmations and replies to enquiries.
- Yandex Metrica — anonymous visit statistics, only if you accept cookies.
- The carrier you choose (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and others) — name, address and phone, so the parcel can reach you.
- Public authorities, where applicable law requires it.
7. Where your data is processed
The site runs on HostVDS servers in a data centre in the USA, and our payment and e-mail providers are based in the USA as well. If you contact us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your data is therefore transferred outside your country. Those transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses adopted by our providers and, where you give it, on your consent. You may ask us about these safeguards at any time.
8. How long we keep it
Order data is kept for 3 years — the period in which tax and consumer claims can arise. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within one year. Analytics data is anonymous and is kept for 25 months.
9. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for rectification, restriction, erasure or portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time — write to chernyaevanataliya@icloud.com. We reply within one month.
If you believe we handle your data improperly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country. In the European Union that is the supervisory authority of the member state where you live or work.
10. Residents of California
We do not sell or share personal information within the meaning of the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
