How to pay

By card, right on this site: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

By bank transfer, if you prefer: choose it at checkout and we send the account details straight away. The parcel ships once the payment clears.

Shipping is free, everywhere

The price already includes worldwide delivery — the total you see at checkout is the final amount, and nothing is added afterwards.

At checkout you also choose the carrier you would rather we used, or leave it to us to pick the best option for your country.

How long it takes

Every piece is sewn by hand, so we hand the parcel to the carrier within 3 business days of the payment clearing. Delivery then takes 7 to 21 business days depending on where you are.

We send the tracking number as soon as the parcel is on its way. If anything is delayed, we write to you first — you never have to chase us.

Customs and duties

Import duties and local taxes, where your country charges them, are not included in the price and are paid on delivery. Most countries have a duty-free threshold; check your local rules if you are unsure.

Returns

Thirty days to change your mind, subject to the hygiene conditions for intimate apparel. The details are on our returns page.

Buying on Amazon

The product is also listed on Amazon, in all three colours. There, payment, delivery and returns follow Amazon's own rules and timeframes.
