These terms apply to every order placed through this website. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

How an order becomes a contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract comes into force when we send you the order confirmation by e-mail.
If we cannot fulfil an order — the item is out of stock, or we cannot ship to your country — we tell you and refund in full. We may also decline orders that look fraudulent.
Price and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include worldwide delivery. The total shown at checkout is the final amount: nothing is added afterwards.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. You may also pay by bank transfer — we send the account details after you place the order, and the order ships once the payment clears.
Import duties or local taxes, where your country charges them, are not included and are paid by you on delivery. Most countries have a duty-free threshold; check your local rules if you are unsure.
Delivery
Every piece is sewn by hand. We hand the parcel to the carrier within 3 business days of the payment clearing, and delivery then takes 7–21 business days depending on your country.
If we cannot ship within 30 days of your payment, you may cancel the order and get a full refund. We will tell you before that happens.
If something is wrong
PIBA is intimate apparel and is not a medical device. It is designed to keep the skin of your décolleté from folding while you sleep; it does not treat medical conditions and does not erase wrinkles that have already set.
If the item arrives damaged or faulty, write to us with a photo. We repair, replace or refund — your choice. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
Returns
Thirty days to change your mind, subject to the hygiene conditions set out on our returns page. Customers in the EU and UK also keep the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Write to chernyaevanataliya@icloud.com first — almost everything is settled that way within a day or two.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you stronger protection — in that case, that law applies.
